1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the hiring of the VTC transport services offered by Basque Ecomobility. Making a booking implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Bookings and rates

Published rates include VAT, tolls (if any) and a professional chauffeur. Transfer and tourist route prices are fixed; hourly hire is invoiced at the stated hourly rate, with a minimum of three hours.

3. Waiting time

At airports, 60 minutes are free from actual landing, with flight monitoring. At stations and hotels, 15 minutes. Any excess is charged at €15 per 15 minutes.

4. Cancellations

Free cancellation with more than 24 hours’ notice. Between 24 and 12 hours before the service, 50% of the amount will apply. In the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 12 hours’ notice, 100%.

5. Payment

Individual clients and agencies will pay for the service on board the vehicle by card terminal (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Corporate clients will have 30-day invoicing with a prior contract.
